How to update your subscription plan
To change your subscription plan, log into your account and go to the Plan and billing page. The billing page shows your current monthly usage, website allowance, session replay quota, API rate limit, current plan, and add-ons.
Click Manage plan or Choose a plan to open the plan selection page.
Choosing a new plan
On the plan selection page:
- Select the monthly event volume you need.
- Pick a plan type: Standard, Plus, or Enterprise.
- Opt for monthly or yearly billing.
Standard and Plus plans can be changed through self-serve checkout. Enterprise plans require contacting us because the limits and terms are custom.
You cannot change the selected plan while a paid trial is still running. You can change plans after the trial converts to a paid subscription, or cancel the trial and subscribe again with a different plan.
Reviewing the price
If you already have an active paid subscription, Swetrix shows a pricing preview before applying the change. The preview includes:
- Due now: the immediate charge or credit for the change.
- Next payment: the recurring amount and next billing date.
We prorate the amount you have paid so far and discount your future bill accordingly. For example, if you are halfway through a 500k events subscription and upgrade to 1m events, the immediate charge will reflect the unused value of your previous subscription. Once you have reviewed the preview, press Confirm and the new plan will be applied to your account.
Updating add-ons
Website add-ons are managed separately from your base plan in the Add-ons section of the billing page. They are available for active paid subscriptions and let you buy extra website capacity in bundles of 50 websites.
Increasing a website add-on takes effect immediately. Decreasing, cancelling, or changing the billing interval is scheduled for the next add-on renewal.
