How to cancel your subscription

To cancel your subscription plan, log into your account and go to the Plan and billing page. In the Subscription section, click Cancel subscription and confirm the cancellation.

After cancelling, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will still have access to your dashboard and statistics will continue to be collected until that date.

When the billing period ends, dashboard access is locked and new analytics events are no longer accepted. We keep your existing data, so you can subscribe again later to restore access.

If you have an active website add-on, it is scheduled to end with your subscription.
